Steps for i-Kad & Insurance Renewal

  • Apply Renewal Insurance and I-Kad [ONLINE].

  • Once the document is complete, IO will send the invoice payment through student email.

  • IO will process and submit your  i-Kad and Insurance policy application to EMGS

  • You need to check the [COLLECTION STATUS] and once it is ready to be collected, you can come to IO to collect your passport. 

It is compulsory for student to have a valid i-Kad/insurance policy throughout your study in Malaysia. Stay protected all round the clock wherever you are. It is imperative that you monitor the expiry date of your Student Insurance Policy to ensure you are always covered. UTHM will advise your insurance on your new application/renewal.
